passage2的第五行But telling them那个句子好奇怪，如果telling是动名词做主语，that后面跟的是从句，那么这个句子不就没有谓语动词了吗？求指教，谢谢各位啦

That's a powerful message 前面的句号，改成逗号，That's 改成that's 就好理解了。

此处可以把telling them that理解为一个省略句，可以脑补成But Kristi now tells them that ...，然后接下来那句That's a powerful message是告诉你Kristi的那个telling所造成的结果，powerful意味着在high school里的那些teenage patients终于pay attention to healthy eating。
