adoptive 给人的第一印象是可以和 father, mother, parents 连用：养父、养母、养父母。或者后接 son，daughter，child，children：养子，养女。经查阅词典，的确很多词典都给出了类似的例证。但是上面的 adoptive sister 还是感觉怪怪的，主要是从汉语来讲，收养我的姐姐/和我有收养关系的姐姐/我的养姐姐。在不借助搜索引擎与在线语料库的情形下，只查阅手头的词典，发现只有 Shorter Oxford English Dictionary 6th 给出了类似的例证：- [' k8 p, X1 y0 |: r$ V

adoptive brother, adoptive child, adoptive father, adoptive mother, adoptive sister, etc.
