Webroot Secure is most likely causing the problem, here is what might fix it:

Open Webroot$ ?/ E' m) @) L& Y1 R, Y
Go to the Identity & Privacy tab7 y5 D; z6 q: I! s
Click on the Identity Shield and toggle it OFF1 Y8 @5 U3 q: Q+ a

Just tried a copy and paste and it would not work.... turned off the identity shield and still had my HTML editor open and did a copy and paste and it worked 7 {( H% i0 e6 A# H" g3 @ w
