同意1.观点。trends 指代看上下文
  v" T/ y& Q$ o2.我还是觉得根据中文译文来变英文原文的句子结构有问题。

我认为ways后面的定语从句还原以后应该是
these trends are influencing consumers' aspirations, attitudes, and behaviors in these ways.
* i2 \1 b7 V6 Q* E! E5 Xin these ways=the less obvious but profound ways

这样的交叉就建立的原文的关系从句
