without learning 这样放句尾容易让人觉得是和 can be 连着的
另外英语的思维是注重在主句中否定，而不是放在从句中否定，如 A person won't be deemed trustworthy if he is...
因为我想了半天才明白你是想把without learning和前半句连起来
