必应词典“权威英汉双解”是《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》（第 8 版），但是吊诡的是，eclipse 条，出现了“全蚀；偏蚀”。
实际简体《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》（第 8 版）和第 7 版一样（http://fanyi.baidu.com/#en/zh/eclipse），是
a total/partial eclipse
全食；偏食

App Store 里官方版《牛津高阶英汉双解词典》（第 8 版）app （https://itunes.apple.com/cn/app/id1022727104?mt=8）也有这个问题，注意对比纸版“全食；偏食”。哎，到底有没有和简体纸版完全一致的电子版呢？我觉得 app 以及必应的数据，估计是源自牛津大学出版社，但是内地商务印书馆实际出版简体纸版时，至少还校对、审订过一次，这期间的修改，可能并没有体现在电子版的数据里。

今天看到新闻，用了totality做total solar eclipse的替换词，查了一下，也是全食的意思
嘿，这可算是专业术语了，学习型词典都不收这个义项。

O大果然仔细，看来纸本还是有很多优势。电子版厂商怎么不拿最终数据做电子版。这个全蚀和偏蚀都是繁体的说法，岂不是误导学习者。

以前也有叫 日蚀、月蚀的，
比如汉书：
《日蚀说》曰：“日者，太阳之精，人君之象。君道有亏，为阴所乘，故蚀。蚀者，阳不克也。”
